Things to know before you book

• The whole Kinrara Camp Can be booked Exclusively for Families or for Special Events – like Birthdays Weddings Corporate etc
• All Meals & Drinks – Soft Drinks – Top Local Wines – Local Beers – And Our OWN Special KINRARA BRAND of Gin & Tonic…
• All Our Daily Activities
• Optional Scenic Private Helicopter Ride over Wetlands and the Crater (Price on Booking) 

Cancellation policy and refunds:

• 46+ Days out - Full refund given less $500 administration fee per person booked.
• 45-15 days out - 30% cancellation fee
• 14 days out - 100% cancellation fee

Payment Terms

• 35% deposit upon booking
• 45 days prior to travel - Balance to be paid
• If booking within 45 days of travel date, full payment is required

COVID19

In case of a government mandated lockdown due to COVID-19, the following terms apply:

1.  If cancelled and paid in full, a credit will be issued and must be used within 24 months of original date of travel, honouring original rate booked.
2. If cancelled and deposited only, a credit will be issued and must be used within 24 months of original date of travel, balance of which will be at the new seasonal rate.

• Due to work, health and safety regulations, luggage cannot exceed 10kg per person (please don’t bring any pillows).

Cancellation policy and refunds:

• 60 Days prior – full refund less non-refundable deposit
• 59-51 days prior – 50% of full tour cost plus forfeit deposit
• 50 days or less – full cancellation fee 100%
