Cancellation policy and refunds:

• 30+ Days out - Full refund given less $500 administration fee per person booked.
• 29-15 days out - 30% cancellation fee
• 14 days out - 100% cancellation fee

Payment Terms

• 31+ days prior to travel - 30% deposit upon booking
• 30 days prior to travel - Balance to be paid
• If booking within 30 days of travel date, full payment is required
  

COVID19

If the Government closes the borders or remote areas due to a COVID19 case or lockdown, credits will be issued at no extra cost valid for 18 months - Not Including any extra cost of Flights.

To align with local Government requests, travellers on North West Australian Safaris must be up to date with required vaccinations and able to produce their COVID-19 digital certificate on request.
